  I thought buying a house would be a hard thing to do. My husband and I were not sure of all the things that actually took place within the process. We looked around Jacksonville before we contacted an agent. We emailed several different agents and Michelle responded back immediately. We only got automatic responses from the other agents we emailed. We communicated with Michelle over a period of a couple months and she made everything so easy for us.  We were limited on what we could afford and was surprised how special Michelle made us feel. If you are looking for someone that cares more about the people than the money then I think you should call Michelle. I am sure glad she responded back to our email and that we used her. She has made our move to NC an easy one.

  Living outside of the Jacksonville area and beginning a new home search, I just knew it was going to be a nightmare. We had talked to a couple agents when we talked to Michelle. Once we talked to Michelle, her knowledge of the area and her never ending search to find exactly what we wanted paid off. She never got tired of all the questions, some we probably asked more than one time, she sent us lots of information, pictures, she made that nightmare a dream. I do not know what we would of done without having someone that was really looking out for us like she was. Michelle made purchasing my home a great experience!  She truly made it a "Breeze"! I'm a single mom and this was a huge decision for me.  She took the time to show me many houses to make sure I found the perfect home for Chris and I.  She introduced me to Amy at Wells Fargo so she could do my loan and stayed in contact with her through the entire process. She even took the time to go sit with me for 2 hours during a home inspection.  She was a wonderful realtor and during all of this she became my friend.  There were upgrades I wanted to do to my new home and she referred contractors to come make those changes for me.  She has since called me numerous times to make sure that I'm happy with my decision.  I had and will recommend Michelle to anyone in the future.  I look forward to working with her again when I sell this home and buy my next home.

  Dawson Place is a peaceful and spacious neighborhood. After living in Military base housing for 15+ years and 3 children later our family was ready for a change. Dawson Place had everything we were looking for plus many more additions. The houses are beautifully built inside and out and the lot sizes are well laid out. Our family has a variety of different hobbies and in Dawson Place we each get to carry out these hobbies. We now own our first family pet (our middle sons dream come true), my oldest son has room to skate board, my daughter can ride her bike and jump on her trampoline, and my husband and I can work on our wood working hobbies right out in our own garage. We also look forward to planting our first garden soon. We look forward to living in Dawson Place for years to come or at least as long as the military will allow us to stay here.
